Q: How do I get to Bhandardara camping?

• From Mumbai: Bhandardara is 165 km from Mumbai. Kasara station is the nearest station to Bhandardara. You can hire a private cab or a sharing cab. Sharing cab will charge around Rs.150 per person and will drop at Warangushi phata. From that phata, you can hire another sharing cab to the campsite which will charge around Rs.30 per person. The campsite is 10 minute walk from where the cab will drop you.
• From Nashik: Bhandardara is 75 km from Nashik. You can take a bus from Nashik to Ghoti. From Ghoti, take a bus or sharing cab to Shendi. The campsite is 10 minute walk from where the cab will drop you.

Q: What is the best time to visit Bhandardara?

The best time to visit Bhandardara is after monsoon and winter i.e. from October to February. During this season, the temperature is at its best and the place blooms with lush greenery and gushing waterfalls and you will experience an enchanting charm.

Q: Is a washroom available at the campsite?

Indian Washroom facilities (common) are available at the campsite during the stay.

Q: What is the tentative food menu?

• Evening Snacks - Bhel Bhatta with tea

Yes, Jain food is available but need to be informed beforehand.

Q: How is the mobile network at the campsite?

The mobile network is good for calling. UPI Payments hardly works, so make sure to carry cash for the remaining amount.

Q: What outdoor games are present at the Bhandardara Camping?

Outdoor Games like Cricket, Football and Badminton are available at the campsite.

Q: We are a group of odd people. Will we have to share tents with other groups?

The tents are by default given on twin sharing basis. In case, you are a group of odd people (3,5,7,9), the last tent would be on a sharing basis. We won't make you share with random strangers but you will have to share within your group.

Q: What are the accommodations inside the tents?

Inside the tents, you get foam sheets, bedsheets & blankets.

Q: Do you have a charging facility for EV cars?

No, we don't have EV charging points.

• All tents are allotted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• You may expect to see families & bachelors at the same place. The place is ideal for all kinds of groups.

• Bonfire is common for everyone.
• Mobile & laptop charging points are available in the common areas on the campsite.

• Cancellation request made before 24 Hours of event start date: Entire amount to be refunded.
• Cancellation request made between 0 to 24 Hours of event start date: Single or multiple vouchers worth the entire amount which can be availed on next bookings.
• Cancellation request made on or after the event start date are not entertained.
• Example - Let's assume your booking is for 31st January. If you put in a cancellation request by 29th January 23:59 Hrs, 100% of booking amount is refundable in your original mode of payment. If you put in a cancellation request between 30th January 00:00 Hrs and 30th January 23:59 Hrs, 100% of booking amount is refundable in form of vouchers.
